1. Our material

We or our licensors own rights in the Site’s original software, design, branding, editorial material, selection and arrangement of content and compilations. User-submitted listings, photographs and other third-party material may belong to their respective owners. We claim only rights that we own or are authorised to exercise.

2. All EV Sales branding

“All EV Sales”, our logos and associated branding may be protected by trade mark, copyright and passing-off laws. You must not use them in a manner that falsely suggests endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship or source. Commercial or promotional use requires prior written permission unless the law provides otherwise.

3. Third-party rights

Vehicle manufacturer names, model names, badges and trade marks belong to their respective owners. Their use on the Site is for identification and information and does not by itself imply endorsement of or affiliation with All EV Sales. User and dealer content remains subject to the rights of its owner and the licence granted to us under the Terms.

4. Permitted use

Subject to our Terms and applicable law, you may view the Site, save or print a reasonable copy for personal non-commercial use, and share ordinary links to Site pages provided you do not present the link misleadingly or imply an association with us that does not exist.

5. Prohibited use

Unless we give prior written permission or applicable law expressly permits it, you must not:

• reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, adapt or create derivative works from a substantial part of our protected material;
• copy listings, photographs, descriptions, prices, reviews or Site data to another marketplace, directory, database, app or service;
• use automated means to scrape, harvest, monitor or reproduce Site content or data, except ordinary public search-engine indexing in accordance with our published access instructions;
• use Site content or data to train, fine-tune, test, ground or develop an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system without our written permission;
• frame, mirror or embed the Site except through a feature we provide or authorise; or
• remove or alter copyright, trade mark, attribution, watermark or other rights information.

6. Permission requests

To request permission to use our material, email askus@allevsales.com with “Permission request” in the subject line and identify the material, proposed use, publication and duration.

7. Reporting infringement

If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright or trade mark, email askus@allevsales.com with “IP complaint” in the subject line and provide:

• your name and contact details;
• a description of the right you say is infringed and, where relevant, evidence of ownership or authority;
• the URL and enough information for us to identify the material;
• an explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorised; and
• any other information reasonably necessary for us to assess the complaint.

We may ask for additional information, restrict material while a complaint is assessed, notify the affected user where appropriate, and take action required or permitted by applicable law. This Notice does not represent that we have obtained any statutory safe harbour or registration that does not in fact apply.

8. Counter-response and misuse

If content you submitted is restricted or removed and you believe the complaint was mistaken, contact askus@allevsales.com, identify the material and explain your rights. Knowingly false or abusive notices may have legal consequences.

9. Other content complaints

To report alleged defamation, privacy breaches, scams, unlawful content or a breach of our Content Guidelines, email askus@allevsales.com with “Content report” in the subject line.
